在回来的这一个星期来，晚上经常难以顺利入睡，和以前相去很远，

在这样不算冷的冬天，经常觉得冻的发慌，只有在下午出去晒会太阳才稍微觉得舒服，

often want to throw something, break something,

and beat someone by hard fist,

as i almost stepped on a plie of shit

terrible thing, to live in fear.

all I want is to be where things make sense,
and where I won't have to be afraid all the time.

really, i am not willing to be mr. play

although i made many things pretty sick.....

how did it ever come to this

and how would it go.....

i do not know,

And now,

it only needs power to change
